10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in clause 14.2, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
